Who are you & what are your skills?

A few things that are definitely important:
- You have a master degree from a recognized University or Business School;
- You have at least 3 years of experience in business controlling.
- You have both a real appetite and understanding of the business activities.
- You’re fluent in English AND in French.
- Excel holds no secrets for you, knowledge of the whole Office suite is mandatory.
- You are an excellent communicator and are known for your interpersonal skills and the quality of your listening skills.
- You are rigorous and curious with analytical, organizational and planning skills.
- You have a good critical mind and are always able to make proposals.

What will you be doing?
As a Group Business Controller, working hand-in-hand and under the direct responsibility of the CEO on the global scope of the group, you will be involved in the analysis of the activity of our different brands and countries, immersed in an international, learning and challenging environment with real responsibilities.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with the various management control divisions, and with the brand and country managers.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the missions :
- Leading the monthly closings.
- Ensuring that these results are properly reported to the finance department, operational staff and CBTW management.
- Proactively collaborating in the development and optimization of management support tools.
- Participating in various cross-functional issues between management control and other departments.
- Developing real business-partner relationships with the operational staff in order to support and guide them in their decision making.
