Enhancing M&A Efficiency for Ansarada through our Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Partnership

Challenges

Ansarada designs and builds data rooms exclusively for mergers and acquisitions. Their SaaS platform serves as a trusted solution relied upon by companies, advisors, and governments spanning over 180 countries. These entities utilize the platform for securely managing critical information, workflow, and collaboration in high-stakes processes like deals, risk, compliance, board governance, and procurement.

As Ansarada experienced rapid growth, expanding their operations necessitated the establishment of additional talent pools and product teams, augmenting those already based in Sydney. The company sought not merely to outsource development work but to cultivate a cohesive product team deeply integrated into their organizational fabric. However, they lacked the scale and expertise to achieve this independently.

Approach

In pursuit of a partner aligned with their vision and capable of facilitating swift progress, Ansarada conducted a global search and received recommendations that led them to the CBTW APAC team. Following initial discussions and proposal exchanges, Ansarada representatives visited Vietnam to assess operations firsthand and finalize arrangements. Subsequently, they commenced collaboration with CBTW APAC through a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Partnership.

Within the first year, CBTW APAC successfully established a software development center starting off with 20 professionals whose contributions significantly enhanced Ansarada’s product features and offerings.
