Key Challenges
CBTW developed a technological partnership with the Rolex Paris Masters to meet the new challenges of tennis. In this context, our teams worked on the redesign of tournament’s must-have digital tool: the Rolex Paris Masters mobile application. With this application, the tournament’s goal is not only to develop a new visual identity, but to surprise its fans, whether regulars or newcomers, by offering new and engaging features.

- Scoping: definition of the functional specifications and support to the FTF as the project progresses
- Use of collaborative tools
- Development: based on an agile methodology, delivery of features and integration of statistics and complex design data from various third-party partners
- Connection with Prismic CMS so French Tennis Federation employees can manage the content themselves.
- Testing and feedback: under real conditions based on data from other ongoing tournaments in other cities and countries.
